Which plan should I choose between Basic, Standard and Premium?
Basic = web mail only (€11.50/u/mo). Standard = installed Office + full Teams (€19.90/u/mo — recommended for most cases). Premium = Standard + advanced security with Defender + Intune + Conditional Access (€29.90/u/mo). You can mix tiers in the same cart (e.g. 7 Standard + 3 Basic).
How does migration from IONOS, OVH or another provider work?
Optional at checkout (€290 to €990 depending on mailbox count). We orchestrate extraction of existing mailboxes (emails, calendars, contacts), Microsoft account creation, DNS cutover and delta sync. No email lost, downtime < 30 minutes.
Can I activate the auto-archive later?
Yes, from your customer area in a few clicks. The cost is then pro-rated for the remaining time on your cycle.
How long until my accounts are active?
24 business hours maximum after payment confirmation. You receive by email your admin credentials and the DNS records to publish.
Is technical support included?
Microsoft product support (tier 1) is included directly. Our team handles the delegated admin console and commercial help. For advanced technical questions, you can open a Microsoft ticket directly.
