Which plan should I choose between Starter, Standard and Plus?
Starter (€9.90/u/mo) for starting or light usage: 30 GB per user, Meet 100 people. Standard (€17.90/u/mo — recommended): 2 TB per user, Meet 150 + recording, shared drives. Plus (€26.90/u/mo): 5 TB, Meet 500 + Vault for legal retention.
How does migration from personal Gmail or another provider work?
The migration option at checkout (€290 to €990) covers IMAP import of existing mailboxes (emails, contacts, calendars), Google account creation, DNS cutover and delta sync. No email loss, downtime < 30 minutes.
Can I have users on Google and others on Microsoft?
Yes — you can mix in the same cart. Mailboxes from both ecosystems can coexist on your domain via appropriate MX configuration (to discuss with us based on your case).
How long until my accounts are active?
24 business hours maximum after payment confirmation. You receive by email your admin credentials and the DNS records to publish.
Does my data stay in the EU?
Google Workspace allows specifying the data storage region for Business Standard and Plus accounts ("Data regions" option). Default is multi-region; on request, you can force "Europe" from your admin console.
